Want a little more info before you book a call?

Are you based in New Zealand?

Yes - all our staff are currently based in Canterbury. However, our clients are based in Auckland, Wellington, and Blenheim, so we provide support all over New Zealand! 

Can you work in-person at my office?

Generally we support our clients remotely, however we can provide in-person Board Support in the Canterbury area.

We prefer video calls over phone calls, and are happy to regularly chat to keep that face-to-face relationship strong.

Can't I just get AI to do your job?!

Artificial Intelligence is developing quicker than anyone could have anticipated. While there are significant benefits to using AI, there are important factors that need to be considered. One Echo Alpha works hard to keep abreast of the current AI trends in order to advise our clients on the best way to harness this incredible technology in a safe (and commercially appropriate) way.

What hours do you work?

Each of our VAs works the hours that suit them and their levels of energy throughout the day. We discuss any specific time requirements (meetings etc) with our clients right from the start to arrange the best schedule. We value flexibility in working hours while ensuring we meet the clients' deadlines. 

What security measures do you have in place?

Our team work at an Unclassified level only, unless given access to internal systems where needed. We use a paid password management tool, and all our VAs sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements. We do NOT use artificial intelligence (AI) unless directed by or agreed with the Client.

We can discuss any specific security concerns you may have during a discovery call. 

What if I need to increase my hours?

Your package is based on the minimum hours you need a month, and unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Based on your VA's availability, with prior arrangement we can generally accommodate a temporary increase in hours to support an event or staff absence at your end. If needed, our other VAs can step in to assist. 

If you require a permanent increase in hours, we can review your package and amend it as required.
